Our P2 Class 2025-26
in P2 we’ve been doing lots of outdoor learning and the children have had the best time
They enjoyed playing and learning at the mud kitchen, mixing and pouring and using their imaginations while developing lovely language and social skills.
In WAU, we explored how things move by rolling cars down ramps and watching what happened. Lots of great thinking, predicting and chatting about why some went faster than others
For P.E./PDMU, the children built their own obstacle courses, balancing on the beams, climbing and moving safely. Super teamwork and confidence building
We also took our numeracy outdoors. The children drew clocks to show o’clock and half past using stick hands, and loved weighing rocks on the giant scales, comparing which were heavier and lighter
