Our House System
Below are our House Captains for 25-26. There are boy and girl Captains for each House. They were elected by the pupils in their Houses in September.

Downpatrick Primary School has three Houses: Cathedral, Inch & Quoile.
The Houses are named after three landmarks that we can see from our school.
Each pupil is allocated to a House and remains in that House from P1 until P7.
Children can gain points for their House in many ways. Every Down Dynamo earns 10 points for his/her House and there are lots of competitions through the year in many different areas.
Art, Poetry and Quiz competitions are held as well as inter House sports competitions in soccer, rugby, netball and rounders.
The school's Sports Day also has a lot of points on offer for Houses to win.
There are colours for each House and pupils can wear House caps in these colours:
