March 2020
Hello! You look very happy! Hope you are enjoying learning at home.
Following on from our focus text 'Lost and Found' the children in P1 drew a picture of something they would do if they found a penguin! Here are a few recordings of their work.
We thoroughly enjoyed Book Week in school. Mr Hullabaloo visited and shared Spring time stories with us. Mr Stevenson shared his favourite story with P1 and C1 and there were lots of story sharing sessions with children from other classes in the school. The library was busy all week and full of fun activities.
February 2020
P1 have had a very busy February! Here are some photos of us enjoying !00th Day activities as well as Pancake Day and a Shared Education visit from St. Brigid’s. We have also been learning some new maths and phonics games and how to use music apps on the ipads. Thank you to everyone who contributed to 5p February, we loved watching the level rise in our 5p container!
November 2019
P1 have been exploring 3D shapes and finding out which ones roll. We have had fun creating fireworks pictures with crayons and paint. It has been great to learn and play together again after the half term holiday!
